!GUKORESHA NABI SAUNA BISHOBORA GUTERA INGARUKA MBI KU BUZIMA BW’UMUNTU!

Abantu benshi bajya muri sauna no mu byumba bakarabamo umwuka ushyushye(bain de vapeur) maze bagatutubikana cyane bigatuma umubiri wabo uruhuka , ariko ntibasobanukirwa ibyiza byabyo ndetse n’ingaruka bishobora kugira ku buzima bwabo mu gihe bikozwe nabi.

Mu kiganiro ikinyamakuru Daily Monitor cyagiranye na Dr Paul Semugoma ukorera International Medical Centres na Josephat Asiimwe inzobere mu gukoresha siporo muri Hotel Equatorial yo muri Uganda,basobanuye ingaruka nziza n’imbi zishobora kuva mu gukora sauna n’ibijyanye nayo.

Bimwe muri byo ni:

Igipimo cy’ ubushyuhe butagomba kurenzwa

Nibyiza kutarenza inshuro eshatu mu cyumweru ujya muri sauna.’’buri nshuro ukinjira muri sauna mu byiciro bitatu ,ukamaramo iminota itarenze 5 mu gihe ubushyuhe buri kuri dogere 50;cyangwa iminota 10 mu gihe ubushyuhe buri kuri dogere 40 cyangwa munsi yayo.
